III. International Social Sciences Congress took place

Rimar Academy,  Harran Turkish  University and the Iraqi University collaborated in holding the International Conference for Contemporary Studies in Social Sciences in Istanbul on July 7-8-9, 2021. The participation of researchers was through attendance and also through Internet (Zoom Program).

The conference began with the opening session, where statements were made by Dr. Othman TURK, the representative of Harran University, member of the teaching staff,   Mr. Amir KAPLAN, manager of Rimar Academy, and  finally   , Pr. Mohammed Hamid ,the president representative  of the Iraqi University, dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the Iraqi University.

 Dr. Othman TURK, member of the teaching staff at Harran University, began his speech by saying : "Scientific conferences and studies are indispensable for scientific and academic institutions,  then he thanked Rimar Academy and the University of Iraq and all the participants who represent their universities in this great scientific congress, saying that they keep at  their way towards continuous improvement." He continued, "Science and knowledge are important values in the framework of joint work." He described the conference as a valuable step toward the deep knowledge  that our countries need, especially in the field of social sciences by providing the needs and solving the problems of society .

 Amir Kaplan, the Manager of Rimar Academy, welcomed the interest shown by the Iraqi University and Harran University in organizing scientific conferences. He expressed his happiness for the large participation of universities from many countries and continents. He concluded by expressing his confidence in the success of this conference and thanked the great effort made by the researchers participating in this congress.

Pr. Mohamed HAMID ,The dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the Iraqi University expressed his satisfaction for holding the congress in cooperation between academic institutions in Iraq and Turkey. He said, "These conferences are important for bilateral and regional relations." He confirmed the Iraqi University's desire and keenness to continue collaborating with Rimar Academy and  the Turkish universities in organizing such scientific conferences. At the end of his speech, he thanked Rimar Academy and Harran University and the researchers participating in this congress.

65 academics participated via the Internet, and 27 academics attended the conference hall in Istanbul, with papers in various scientific disciplines : in economics, law, psychology, education, history, geography, sociology, journalism and media.
