Rector of Al Quds University inaugurates IJHER Congress for Humanities and Educational Research in Istanbul

Professor Imad Abu Kishek, Rector of Al-Quds palestinian University, participated in the opening of the International Congress of Humanities and Educational Research IJHER Organized By Rimar Academy and Bitlis Eren University. He stressed in his speech, the need to work on holding such congresses, considering their intellectual and scientific richness.

Abu Kishek pointed out the active role of Rimar Academy and the importance of its congresses, which contribute in keeping pace with research and studies and strengthening cooperation between academics.

Abu Kishek began his speech by saluting the researchers and attendees from the Most Holy House, from the blessed Quds. Dr. Abu Kishek cited verses from the Quran and the hadith of the Messenger of God, about the importance of Jerusalem and its blessed land.

Abu Kishek added that he came from Al-Quds University, the beacon of science and light in occupied Jerusalem, which groans under the fire of occupation.

In his speech, Abu Kishek reviewed the history of Al-Quds University, which was established by a decision of leaders of the Islamic world, at the first Islamic congress, which was held in the city of Al-Quds to be the watchful eye on the holy sites in the city of Al-Quds.

Abu kishk said: “Al-Quds University will remain the watchful eye on al-Aqsa Mosque- the first Kibla, the second of the two Mosques, and the third Haram, Masra of the prophet, peace upon him, to the seventh sky, from the Qubat Assakhra, and also the Church of Al-Kiyama and all the Heritage”.

Abu Kishk pointed out that the University of Quds will continue to strengthen our people in Jerusalem in the face of the Israeli oppression machine and all attempts, torture, deportation, killing, confiscation, judaization and obliteration of identity.

Abu Kishek said that the university seeks to build a generation capable of carrying honesty, armed with faith, science, knowledge, abilities and skills that would enable it to perform its role effectively and efficiently.

Abu Kishek explained the important role of the university and its responsibility towards Jerusalem community and the denial of the fake Israeli version promoted by the Israeli occupation.

The Rector of Al Quds University called for partnership with civil society and the Palestinian private sector to face all these challenges and build a bright future for the Palestinian people on the road to freedom, restoration of rights to build an independent and free Palestinian state within Al Quds as capital.

The President of Al Quds University expressed his happiness to participate in the opening and works of the and International Scientific Congress on Human and Educational Researches.

Dr. Abu Kishek said that humanities and educational sciences interest is put on man in his entity.

Dr. Abu Kishek called for focusing on scientific research, which should be one of the first priorities of the Arab and Islamic world to move forward on the path of progress, development, advancement and to keep up with the academic and scientific development speed.

The Rector of Al-Quds University said that man is the engine of everything, he is the pillar of development, innovation and creative ideas that stem from God's preference for man over all other creatures.

Abu Kishek said the and International Congress of Humanities and Educational Research came to learn about a new vision in the main topics of humanities and educational sciences.

He mentioned: psychology, philosophy, geography, education, research, social studies, educational, literary, linguistic, media, legal, political, religious and human cultures.

Abu Kishek considered the congress an opportunity for researchers to provide a special scientific forum in order to present their ideas, visions, and creations regarding these sciences specificity.

 He said that the congress is organized in the ancient Islamic metropolis of Istanbul and is the largest of its kind for Turkish, Arab, Muslim and all academics and researchers.

Abu Kishek was encouraged by the generous influx of scientific elites, academic proficiency and members of the teaching staff from various Arab, Islamic and international academic institutions.

“This will enhance participation and knowledge-sharing among participants and will produce science and knowledge that keeps pace with new developments, transformations and methodologies”

“Conference participants can share ideas, experiences and contemporary scientific knowledge”, he said.

 Finally, he wished to work on promoting research and creative values and developing a culture of collective action, which would contribute to expanding the horizons of the humanities and educational system and constructive and fruitful cooperation.

Abu Kishek also thanked congress organizers and the sponsoring university, particularly  Rimar Academy, and wished this congress success, like its precedent, in strengthening the bonds of cooperation. He concluded his speech by saluting everyone from Jerusalem, hoping that  prayer will be in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
